Short film to mark Remembrance Day 2020
This year has been fraught with many challenges and not being able to gather as a community at our war memorial is one of the more regrettable aspects that 2020 has impressed upon us.
We have commissioned this short film to mark Remembrance Day in this most singular year, to continue to pay our respects to the fallen from both our village and around the globe.
With thanks to Portia Nicholas Jago from Shenley WI the poppies have been cleaned and placed back at the Shenley memorial in time for Remembrance Sunday. Lots of poppies survived the elements for a year.
