Referendum on the Neighbourhood Plan for Shenley

1. A referendum on the Neighbourhood Plan for Shenley will be held on Thursday 6th May 2021 to decide on the following question:
   

   Do you want Hertsmere Borough Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Shenley to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area

2. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Monday 19 April 2021. Applications can be made online. Register: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
3. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the address shown below by 5 pm on Tuesday 20 April 2021.
4. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the address shown below by 5 pm on Tuesday 27 April 2021.
5. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of physical incapacity, where that physical incapacity occurred after 5 pm on Tuesday 27 April 2021, or on grounds of occupation, employment or service, or attendance at a training or educational course, where that commitment arose after 5 pm on Tuesday 27 April 2021, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at the address shown below by 5 pm on Thursday 6 May 2021.
