52/21.22 Financial Matters: –
(i) Accounts for payment – July and August 2021
(ii) Monthly Budget monitoring report to be approved.
(iii) Grant Requests using the General Power of Competence: –
Shenley Primary School request for a grant to help towards the cost of swimming coach expenses (£1,500.00 given in 2019 and 2020)
(iv) To receive, accept and Approve the External Auditor’s signed Annual Return and opinion for year ended 31 March 2021
(v) To note that the annual return and notice of audit was displayed on the Andrew Close notice board for in excess of 14 days
(vi) REVIEW and APPROVE Insurance quote from Came and Company
(vii) Costings for repair/replacement to bus shelters at Shenleybury
(viii) To approve £100 to be used to take the Volunteer groundwork team to the team rooms for a meal as a way of thanks
(ix) To approve initial costs for legal advise concerning potential challenges to the Neighbourhood Plan
