(iii) Grant Requests using the General Power of Competence: –
(iv) Parish Council Rule 6 Status in relation to the Planning Inspector’s Enquiry in April
regarding the appeal re Land Adjacent to Harris Lane – Legal advice required – To approve additional costs relating to the appeal – additionalspend of £10,000. (Taking total approved spend to £20,000)

(v) To NOTE the appointment of the barrister
(vi) To Approve quote for maintenance contract for SPC
(vii) Purchase of video camera to install outside the public toilet
